  • Family Zumba Party - April 11 & 25, May 9 & 23
Back by popular demand!  A Zumba Party with mom's and daughters ages 4-11. Bring a water bottle, a pair of clean gym shoes, and comfortable clothes to move and get sweaty in. Please invite your friends!  Two classes: 4:15-5:00 and 5:15-6:00 PM.  Come to either one.

What a terrific turn out to support our community!  This summer, bodywise initiated the first ZUMBA Fitness Party in the Park for Harbor Days.  100% of the donations and event sponsorship went directly to the fireworks fund.

bodywise has been serving the Elk Rapids area for nine years.  We offer fitness classes and personal training for all levels and ages as well as health products and massage services.
